5 Steps to Get Out of a Rut
Being in a rut can make you feel like theres no light at the end of the tunnel. You're doing the same things over and over again not getting where you want to be - whether it's in your work, relationships or your health. So how do you get out of it?
You need to first take ownership of the fact that there is a problem, and you're not handling it as well as you could be. You need to reach out and seek some guidance, you need accountability and you need to be willing to change the game plan with daily actions to move the needle forward, or you continue to stay in the same place.
A rut is more mental than it is physical, so you need to start with your mindset.
