5 Ways to Get Shredded for Summer

Summer is coming - at least in the southern hemisphere. You might be on a health kick right now, or you might be looking to get started dropping a bit of body fat - either way, these 5 strategies are simple ways to burn a few more calories and drop a bit more fat, without overcomplicating it.

1. 3k Extra Steps per day

2. 3 Low Calorie (13-1400) days in a week

3. 2x 45 Minute Cardio Sessions in a week

4. Track your food and tighten up portion control

5. Increase your Protein Intake.

 

These aren't all necessarily needed to be done at once, you can pick and choose the methods that you add in. Any one of these will help drop fat a bit quicker, or potentially put you into a deficit if you aren't in one already. This is a no brainer way to get your fat loss up to another level.
