Is 15 minutes enough time to get fit? With the right plan - yes. Most people who say they don't have enough time to get fit think they need to be in the gym for hours and hours each week, and take 5 hours on a Sunday to meal prep. The bottom line is - if you want the result, there are so many different ways you can achieve it, you just need to be willing to be resourceful.
